Q. Where in the world do you ship?
A. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

Q. Which payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept Paypal. You can make a one-time online payment with your credit card even if you don’t have a Paypal account.
For Canadian customers only, we also accept:

  • Cheque or Money Order: Send us a cheque or Money Order to the address provided at checkout. (Canada only)
  • Online Money Transfer: You need online banking to send an Email Money Transfer. Once you click “Place Order” you will receive further instruction for sending your EMT payment. (Canada only)

Q. Is ordering online secure?
A. Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website or through any other means. Online credit card payments are handled by PayPal. Paypal encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. Billing information and other payments are handled through Shopify, which also encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL.

Q. How will I know that you have received my order?
A. After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference. You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.
